MMARAP are offering FREE MMA Training Classes every Thursday evening in Islington, North London.

MMARAP is a fantastic organisation that has been offering MMA classes to disadvantaged youths and people with various disabilities since 2012.

Their unique sessions take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings with the Thursday session being funded by the Vision Foundation.

Tuesday

4.30pm – 5.15pm (6-12 year olds)

Open to everyone aged 6-12, including the blind, deaf, disabled, disadvantaged and non-disabled.

£4 per person, payable on arrival.

Bring your own water bottle and change of clothes.

5.30pm – 6.30pm (13-18 year olds)

Open to everyone aged 13-18, including the blind, deaf, disabled, disadvantaged and non-disabled.

£5 per person, payable on arrival.

Bring your own water bottle and change of clothes.

Thursday

6.15pm – 7.15pm (15+ years old)

This session is aimed at the blind at visually impaired, aged 15 and above, but everyone is welcome, including the deaf, disabled, disabled, disadvantaged and non-disabled.

These sessions are free and funded by the Vision Foundation.

Bring your own water bottle and change of clothes.
