About GAL (Goals After Lockdown)
The GAL approach is designed to provide structured online sessions that will provide support to anyone affected by the conditions imposed by lockdown during the Covid-19 pandemic.
These conditions may not just relate to people who have experienced the adversity of isolation, but equally those subjected to the increased rigours, brought about by their vocation or profession.
You may have found that your mental health has been affected or lack a sense or purpose of direction.
This course will help you to cope with the changing conditions and prepare you for when some sense of normality returns.
The course will also help you with:
- Understanding personal issues
- Mental health and wellbeing
- Integration and social inclusion
- Structure and routine
- Goal setting
- Self help strategies
The course will be delivered online across three days in November 2020.
