Free MMA Classes in North London

MMARAP are offering FREE MMA Training Classes every Thursday evening in Islington, North London. MMARAP is a fantastic organisation that has been offering MMA classes to disadvantaged youths and people with various disabilities since 2012. Their unique sessions take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings with the Thursday session being funded by the Vision Foundation. Following two successful years of taking over 50 people to the Calvert Trust Lake District, we are now giving amputees the opportunity to go to Calvert Trust Lakes or Calvert Trust Exmoor. 2018 Calvert Trust achievers In September 2018 we took 18 amputees to The Calvert Trust in Keswick, Lake District, Cumbria, for an outward bounds activity weekend, the results were outstanding and we received comments like "Better than any counselling session I've ever had" and "Never did I think I would be able to achieve so much without all of my limbs".
